Feels so nice when my head is throbbing. The cooling effect is really great.The cold compression gives almost instant relief, and I like that it is not heavy, and it can be worn over the eyes as a sle ep mask as well.Have not tried heating it yet, but Im sure it would be great. I highly recommend this product, I will be buying another to rotate out.
